About FMC

Engineering and heavy construction since 1986.

Brazilian heavy civil construction company headquartered in Vitória (ES), with a branch in Niterói (RJ) and its own equipment fleet.

Our history

Four decades building heavy infrastructure.

FMC was founded in 1986 and grew into a heavy civil construction and engineering contractor working across Brazil.

Over the years it expanded its scope from foundations and earthworks to electromechanical assembly and high-voltage transmission line infrastructure, including underground lines. Along the way it built its own fleet, now 147 heavy machines, which carries out the company's projects and also serves the rental market.

Its client base includes Petrobras, CPFL, construction consortia on major public works in Rio de Janeiro, and Brazilian and foreign power-sector companies operating in the country.
